Emirates marks 15 years at US Open with new luxury suite and fan experiences
Live match coverage lets passengers follow the action at 40,000 feet
NEW YORK – Emirates is returning as the Official Airline Partner of the US Open for the 15th consecutive year, bringing a range of premium hospitality and fan experiences to the Grand Slam tournament.
The 2026 US Open runs from 30 August to 13 September, with Emirates extending its signature ‘Fly Better’ experience from its aircraft to Arthur Ashe Stadium.

The airline is also marking the occasion with tournament-themed food and beverages on selected flights between Dubai and destinations across its US network.
Luxury suite
Emirates will unveil a new 1,579-square-foot luxury hospitality suite at Arthur Ashe Stadium, designed to bring elements of the airline’s premium cabin experience to the heart of the tournament.
The redesigned space features sophisticated interiors inspired by Emirates’ premium cabins, including modern colour palettes, premium woodgrain finishes and cream leather seating. The suite combines these elements with Emirates’ signature hospitality, gourmet dining, premium beverages and views of the tennis action at Arthur Ashe Stadium.

One of the main attractions will be the Emirates A380 onboard bar, which will be installed in the suite for the first time. The bar is one of the most recognisable features of the airline’s A380 experience and is known for providing passengers with a space to socialise while enjoying premium beverages during flights.
At the US Open, the feature will recreate that experience on the ground, with guests able to enjoy a curated selection of drinks while watching matches. The suite will host sports enthusiasts, celebrities, sports legends and invited guests throughout the two-week tournament.

Emirates will also bring interactive activities to the championship. On 31 August, during ‘Emirates Day’, the airline’s cabin crew will host the ‘Ball Flight’ at Arthur Ashe Stadium.
Following selected matches, Emirates cabin crew will present winning players with tennis balls to autograph before launching them into the stands. Spectators who catch the signed balls will have the opportunity to win tickets to the men’s singles semi-final matches.

Fans attending the US Open can also visit the Emirates promotional booth, where interactive games and activities will offer opportunities to win prizes, including tickets to Dubai.
Flavours at 40,000 feet
The airline is extending the US Open theme to its inflight service, with specially curated dishes and tournament-inspired touches available in all cabins on selected flights between Dubai and destinations across Emirates’ US network from 23 August to 13 September.

Passengers can expect tennis-themed pastries, US Open chocolate buttons and desserts including key lime cupcakes and chocolate hazelnut Bundt cake. The menu will also feature the GREY GOOSE Honey Deuce, the signature cocktail of the US Open.
The cocktail can be paired with a selection of dishes including goat’s cheese, chicken nuggets, caviar and beef prosciutto, adding another tournament-inspired element to the onboard experience.
First Class passengers will have access to a premium seafood platter, USDA Prime fillet mignon and s’mores-inspired desserts. Business Class customers can enjoy lobster rolls, smoked salmon and New York cheesecake, with selected offerings also available in Emirates airport lounges in Dubai and certain US cities.

Passengers travelling in Premium Economy and Economy can choose from dishes such as meatball rigatoni, barbecue chicken, pecan cheesecake and banana toffee crisp.
The US Open theme will also feature in Emirates’ premium lounges, where passengers can find selections including truffle macaroni and cheese, barbecue short ribs and nachos with dips before their flights.
Across cabins, themed details such as US Open-branded beverage coasters and headrest covers will further connect the inflight experience with the tournament.
Live tennis onboard
Emirates customers travelling during the US Open will also be able to keep up with the tournament while in the air through the airline’s ice inflight entertainment system.
Live coverage will be available on selected flights through Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra, enabling passengers to follow matches and key moments during their journeys. The live sports offering will sit alongside thousands of hours of other entertainment available through the system.
The service means passengers travelling during the tournament can continue following the action even while flying between Dubai and the United States.
Global sports portfolio
The US Open forms part of Emirates’ longstanding involvement in international sport. The airline has developed a broad sponsorship portfolio covering football, rugby, sailing, horse racing, cricket, cycling and tennis.
Its tennis partnerships extend across all four Grand Slam tournaments, placing the airline alongside some of the sport’s biggest events throughout the year.
The US Open remains a central part of that portfolio, with Emirates continuing its partnership as fans return to Arthur Ashe Stadium for another edition of the Grand Slam tournament.
